AT THE GATES Bassist Interviewed By EBS (Video)

September 22, 2013

EBS professional bass equipment conducted an interview with bassist Jonas Björler of AT THE GATES and THE HAUNTED at this year's edition of the Sweden Rock Festival, which was hheld in June in Sölvesborg, Sweden. You can now watch the chat below.

AT THE GATES' "The Flames Of The End" DVD was released in April 2010 in the U.S. through Earache Records.

AT THE GATES released its definitive album, "Slaughter Of The Soul" — often regarded as one of the all-time greatest metal albums — on Earache in 1995, before touring the world and abruptly disbanding. Members of the band went on to play major roles in other notorious metal acts such as THE HAUNTED and CRADLE OF FILTH, before reforming for a tour in 2008 to rapturous response.

THE HAUNTED recently returned to the spotlight after almost a year without public activity and restructuring behind closed doors, following a major switch of lineups around fall of 2012. Joining Björler and guitarist Patrik Jensen in the band's current incarnation are Ola Englund (guitar; SIX FEET UNDER, FEARED),Marco Aro (vocals; THE RESISTANCE, FACE DOWN) and Adrian Erlandsson (drums; AT THE GATES, PARADISE LOST).
